Phil the Lovebird was found dead in his cage on Saturday evening, July 14th. It is believed that he died of natural causes. A small graveside service was held for him today next to the pine tree in the front yard. Phil was preceded in death by his mate Lil several years ago. Phil is survived by his human owners, three cats and a dog. Memorial donations can be made to your local animal rescue shelter.
